Purpose and roles
The service supports pre-publication media provenance and synthetic-indicator review. Depending on the service, the customer is normally controller for uploaded media and the service acts as processor. Account, security and billing data may be processed as controller.
Data and purposes
Potential data includes account/contact data, uploaded images or sampled frames, source declarations, metadata, hashes, detector outputs, reviewer decisions, audit logs and technical identifiers. Purposes include delivering and securing the service, troubleshooting, retention/deletion requests and billing.
Draft retention
- Raw media: 24 hours in active systems by default.
- Review dossiers: 30 days by default.
- Backup deletion: may lag by up to 14 days.
- Customer media: not used for model training by default.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must establish a lawful basis and provide required notices before uploading personal data. Special-category, children’s, covertly recorded or unlawful material is outside the default service.
Incomplete before publication
Entity name, address, privacy contact, exact legal bases, transfer mechanisms, supervisory authority and final subprocessors must be completed and reviewed.
